Born in London, Tami Aftab is a photographer whose main focus is portraiture, which she injects with intimacy and playfulness. We commissioned Tami for a special photography project titled “The Children of the Wildflower.” In it, she traveled to Ireland for the first time with her camera, and used members of her family as models as she retraced the steps of her late grandmother who had left the country in the 1940s to start a family in England. Tami has exhibited her work around the UK, and her clients include T Magazine, Refinery29, FT Weekend, Amazon Music, and many more.
